On October 6, Women Corporate Directors (WCD) will host its 15th annual Visionary Awards Celebration at The Drake Hotel in Chicago, honoring e.l.f. Beauty, Marui Group, Epta Group, Youngone Corporation, Empresas CMPC, and Lucy Pamboukdjian.

Gathering board directors, c-suite executives, and global business leaders, the 2025 Visionary Awards will recognize companies and individuals who display an exceptional corporate commitment to shaping corporate governance. This year’s Visionary Awards ceremony marks a celebratory 15 years of honoring over 50 honorees over the span of nearly two decades. 

The event will be held during the Global Institute, a two-and-a-half-day conference that gathers 200 attendees, featuring keynote speeches, engaging panel discussions, thought-provoking peer exchanges, group activities, and networking opportunities. This year marks 25 years of WCD, which will also be celebrated during the conference. 

This year’s honorees are: 

• e.l.f. Beauty – ESG Leadership Award
• Marui Group – Leadership and Governance of a Public Company Award
• Epta Group – Leadership and Governance of a Private Company Award
• Youngone Corporation – Emerging Leadership Award
• Empresas CMPC – Emerging Leadership Award
• Lucy Pamboukdjian – Susan Stautberg WCD Membership Leadership Award

Interim Chief Executive Officer and Independent Board Member of WCD, Mary Beth Vitale, feels honored to recognize such a distinguished group of recipients this year.
