We are excited to announce a leadership transition within the Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Italy chapter. As WCD Italy embarks on its new chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing co-chairs, Marina Brogi and Paola Maiorana, for their unwavering commitment, exemplary leadership, and tireless efforts in shaping the success of WCD Italy in recent years.

As Marina and Paola gracefully transition from their roles, we are thrilled to introduce and welcome our new co-chairs. Cristina Finocchi Mahne returns as a co-chair, previously leading the Italy chapter from 2017 to 2020 and newly appointed Flavia Mazzarella, who will lead us into an exciting phase of growth and progress.

On her return as co-chair of the Italy chapter, Cristina shared her excitement for the opportunity to make both a local and global impact.

The appointment of Cristina and Flavia signifies a pivotal moment for WCD Italy. Their diverse expertise and visionary leadership will undoubtedly drive the chapter’s continued success. Flavia and Cristina have vast experience and expertise serving on corporate boards. Their experience positions them well for leading the Italy chapter. 

As a new chapter chair, Flavia shared her enthusiasm about embarking on the unique opportunity with WCD. Flavia aims to prioritize cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment within boards and foster women’s empowerment in leadership capacities.
