WCD is excited to welcome Cynthia (Cindy) Brinkley as our newest board member. A seasoned C-suite executive and board director, Cindy has earned recognition at both state and national levels for her achievements across corporate, public, educational, and non-profit sectors in the U.S.

As a long-time member of WCD’s St. Louis chapter, Cindy has actively engaged in the chapter’s initiatives. She shares a deep commitment to WCD’s mission of increasing women’s representation and inspiring visionary boards globally.

Cindy brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative and Markets Officer at Centene Corporation, and Chief Human Resource Officer at General Motors. She currently serves as a director at Ameren, Schnucks Markets, and Energizer Holdings, where she also chairs the Human Capital Committees for all three boards. Read Cindy’s full bio here.
