Dear WCD Members, Sponsors, and Valued Partners,

I am thrilled to serve as the Interim CEO of Women Corporate Directors (WCD). During this transitional phase, I am honored to lead an organization that continues to champion women’s representation and education in boardrooms worldwide.

I have a longstanding history with WCD, having launched the Colorado Chapter 10 years ago. In addition, I continue to serve as one of the organization’s independent board directors.

Outside of WCD, I currently serve as the CEO and Principal of Pellera, LLC, a consulting firm that provides governance education and cybersecurity training. In addition, I serve on the boards of both Luna Innovations (NASDAQ: LUNA) and Chair the board for Empire Cyber Group. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outdoors —skiing down slopes, playing tennis and cooking dinners with my newlywed daughter and her husband.

Over the next several months, I am eager to connect with our members, sponsors, and partners at our virtual and in-person events, including our upcoming regional institutes being held in Amsterdam and Mexico City. Together, I am confident that we will continue to network, share insights, and inspire the world with our mission, while our board conducts a search for a permanent CEO.
