In addition to her client work, Lande was elected by her partners as the youngest member of Vinson & Elkins’ global Management Committee, on which she has served since 2022. Lande is a member of the Advisory Council of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School and a past board member of the Association of Women Attorneys Foundation. Lande graduated from Harvard College with an A. B. cum laude in Biochemical Sciences in 2005 and from Harvard Law School with a J.D. magna cum laude in 2008. Leo E. Strine, Jr., is Of Counsel in the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from early 2014 through late 2019. Before becoming the Chief Justice, he served on the Delaware Court of Chancery as Chancellor since June 22, 2011, and as a Vice Chancellor since November 9, 1998.
For a generation, Mr. Strine taught various corporate law courses at the Harvard and University of Pennsylvania law schools, and now serves as the Michael L. Wachter Distinguished Fellow in Law and Policy at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Senior Fellow of the Harvard Program on Corporate Governance.

Ruth Sun is a seasoned technology and business leader with 25 years global experience leading the P&Ls of multiple businesses from startup to Fortune 50. She has worked with thousands of global enterprises to strategically increase their corporate value, identify and manage risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on topics of technology innovation and business development. Ruth has led all functions of business operations including strategy, corporate development, offering management, sales & marketing, engineering and service delivery with experience in multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, government and financial services. She currently lives in the New York City Metro Area.

Ruth is former CEO and Board Director of Tempest, a Healthcare SaaS business, acquired by Monument. She also served as Independent Director of Radius8, acquired by Fiserv (NASDAQ:FISV), and Board Director of Sun Medical, merged with Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.

Teresa Sweeney is the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone Data Science.  In this role, she oversees strategy and operations for the team, informing how data analytics and statistical modeling support the sourcing, diligence, and value creation processes at Blackstone and its portfolio companies.

Before joining Blackstone in 2022, Ms. Sweeney was the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at GLG and subsequently led much of its flagship private equity business in the Americas.  Prior to that, she worked at Platform Specialty Products, a SPAC in the specialty chemicals space, where she ran the integration of its three agricultural chemicals businesses and then research & development strategy for those businesses.  Ms. Sweeney was previously a Vice President at New Mountain Capital, where she was involved in the evaluation and execution of private equity transactions.  She began her career at McKinsey & Company, working primarily on private equity due diligences and portfolio companies.

Ms. Sweeney graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in Finance and Economics & Strategy and an MS in Finance with highest honors, and is an active member of the Olin Alumni Board.

Dr. Sophie Vandebroek is a seasoned executive with extensive C-level experience at IBM, Xerox, and UTC and has served on public company boards since 2000.
