Phyllis Yale currently serves on the boards of Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts,  DaVita Healthcare (NYSE: DVA), and Aledade, Inc.  Previously she chaired the boards of Kindred Healthcare, Inc (NYSE: KND) and Blue Cross, and served on 4 other boards.

Phyllis Yale is an Advisory Partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office.  Ms. Yale was a leader in building Bain’s health care practice and continues to work with health care payers and with providers across the continuum of care, and frequently advises the world’s leading private equity firms on their investments in the health care sector
